Antique English Betjemann's Silver Plated Tantalus
A fabulous antique English Tantalus or decanter caddy by the best known quality maker, Betjemann's of London. The frame is silver plated and finished with two gilded decorative rope mounts.
Once the sprung Bramah lock is unlocked, the button is then pushed down allowing access to the two cut crystal decanters within. The lining in the base is all original and has been left intact, wear commensurate with age to the fabrics.

Tantalus can be locked and opened with the original key.
